Based on a virtual (digital twin) model created and simulated, it is possible to know exactly where to install temperature sensors (IoT) from a strongly coupled system. The sensors feed OPPER Artificial Intelligence technology (one per cooling machine), making the system dynamic. The multiple OPPERS communicate with each other and with the sensors, reaching a 100% coupled solution, planned via CFD and completely dynamic. The same solution can be extrapolated to any other large cooling system such as cooling / freezing chambers, for example.
