Our products and technologies deliver innovation

Our client VLI won 1º place in the Transportation and Logistics sector at the 2025 Innovation Award, standing out among the 150 most innovative companies in the country. We are very proud to be part of this achievement with digital products and technologies through the Smart Warehouse project.

The project uses robots equipped with laser measurement technology, integrated with machine learning and scientific computing pipelines, functioning as explosion-proof smart sensors (IIoT). The sensors enable automatic measurements of volume and mass in warehouses and silos with high precision and in real time.

Benefits:

• Greater safety: less human exposure to hazardous areas.

• Better use of the warehouse's static capacity.

• Reduced transshipment and contamination between products.

• Reduced average unloading time.

• Reduced waiting time for train and ship compositions.

Currently, the project has 45 robots operating in 7 warehouses located in three regions of Brazil, achieving over 99.5% accuracy in measurements. This provides greater visibility and efficiency in the logistics management of grains and fertilizers.

We are talking about real results that have made VLI more competitive and sustainable in the market, contributing to improving the logistics of one of the main national export products.
